Age Requirements:

Minimum age 25 with 2 years driving experience.
Maximum age: 75.
Young driver supplement (23-25): $46.41 per day.

Driver requirements:

Please note that if you do not have an EU driving licence you will need to bring an international driving permit along with your original licence to rent the car.
Drivers with a UK licence will also be required to bring the DVLA code.
Irish/UK driving licence: both the photo-card and paper counterpart must be produced. For old style paper licences, the driver must also provide a valid ID/ Passport.
UK residents will be required to present two documents as proof of address and an additional document as proof of employment.
Non-residents of the UK will have to provide proof of entry and exit from the country on collection at the local office.
Please note that you may not be eligible to rent a car with this hire company if you have any endorsements, restrictions or penalty points on your driving licence.

Additional Driver:

Additional driver $18.36 per day, maximum $157.20 per rental (price per additional driver).

Payment:

A major credit card (Visa or Mastercard) in the name of the main driver is required in order to collect the car. (Please note that cards without the driver’s name on will not be accepted). This company will not accept prepaid, recharge or virtual credit cards.
Diners and American Express cards are also accepted.

Insurance:

Insurance includes Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) subject to an excess. Excess amount: $2,520. You can take the SCDW to remove the excess from our supplier for $32.93 a day. Or you can take out damage excess refund insurance with Car Jet for only £8.80 a day – Total for your booking: $26.40. If you prefer not to take EUROPCAR’s excess waiver, a deposit of $300.00 will be blocked from your credit card. Please note that customer negligence is never included in the SCDW.
A deposit will be blocked on your credit card on collection and unblocked when the car is returned in the same condition as it was collected. Minimum deposit amount: $250.
If you take the suppliers extra insurance to reduce the excess to zero, the deposit amount will be $100.
Please note that drivers under the age 26 are not able to take the supplier’s SCDW to remove the excess.

PAI (Personal Accident Insurance – to cover the driver and passengers): £8.00 per day

Mileage:

Unlimited mileage.

Fuel Policy:

Fuel is not included in our quoted rates.
You will be given the car with a full tank of fuel and required to return it full. In this way you only pay for the fuel you use.
If the vehicle is not returned full, a refuelling charge of $40.00 plus the cost of the missing fuel will apply.

Out of Hours:

Please note that the out of hours service is on request only.

Out of hours collections: $71.40.
Drop box returns: $23.80.

Please note that collections and returns on bank holidays are on request and subject to a supplement of $19.99.

Taking the car abroad / to other islands / to other states:

It is not allowed to drive premium and special car groups abroad.

Extra insurance for taking the vehicle to Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Iceland, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland: $75(1 – 2 day), $95.83 (3 – 6 days), $108.33 (7 – 13 days), $150 (14 – 27 days) and $208.33 (28+ days).

Extra insurance for taking the vehicle from Northern Ireland to Southern Ireland: £36.00 (1 – 2 day), $77.4 (3 – 4 days), $108 (5 – 6 days), $156 (7 – 10 days) and $170.40 (11+ days).

Please note that you are not allowed to take the vehicle to any countries other than the ones mentioned.

GPS:

$17.85 per day, maximum $178.44 per rental. Deposit for GPS: $70.00 (refunded when the GPS is returned).

Fine administration fee:

Fine admin fee: $48.00. (This fee would be charged by the supplier if you were to receive a fine during your rental, such as a parking ticket or a speeding fine. Please note that this fee does not include the amount of the fine).

Damage administration fee:

Damage Administration Fee: $48.00.

Other:

Premium Location Fee (for rentals at airport/train station): 19% of rental price and any extras taken on arrival.

Road assistance: $15.70 per day.

Road Tax: 3.48.

Vehicle Inspection: The customer will have the opportunity to be present during the collection and return of the vehicle.  It is your responsible to check over the vehicle for any damages and scratches and make it know to the us.

Right of withdrawal: It is informed that for this type of service, the right of withdrawal does not exist.

The rental is not necessarily linked to a specific vehicle (make, model, colour, equipment, etc.), but to a group of vehicles with similar technical characteristics. The vehicle shown in the Confirmation Voucher may be substituted for a similar vehicle depending on the fleet available at the local office.

Please note that in case of accident or damage to the car you must always contact the supplier straight away. You will need to complete a damage or accident report form for the insurance, otherwise you may not be covered.

Cancellation policy:

To obtain a refund of a prepaid booking you must cancel it at least 48 hours before the start of your rental using the links contained in the voucher or through the “My Booking” section of our website. No refunds will be made if the booking is cancelled after the collection time stated on the rental voucher. No refund will be given if you do not collect the vehicle.
